I found a good powerpoint presentation on open government, but it’s not for the light of heart. It appealed to me because of my background in technology and, in particular, computer programming.
The presenter comes at open government from the point of of programmers, and their experience using crowdsource to build a significant piece of everyday software. He’s the executive director at Mozilla, the organization responsible for building Firefox.
The following slideshare presentation by Mark Shurman was posted by David Eaves, and was originally presented to Mayor, Council and staff of the City of Toronto.
